3Your content
Your content is everything you add: horse profiles, meal plans, notes, photos, posts and reactions. It stays yours.
You give us permission to store, copy and show your content to the people you share it with, only so we can run Horsii. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for records your stable still relies on, which stay without your name, as the privacy policy explains.
Only post content you have the right to share. That includes photos of other people, who should be happy to be in them.
8Liability
Horsii is a free hobby project, provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses that come from relying on information in the app, from missed notifications, or from what other members do.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law where you live, or our liability for things that can't be limited by law, such as gross negligence.
9Changes and law
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before the change takes effect. If you keep using Horsii afterwards, you accept the new terms. If you don't, you can delete your account.
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. We'd rather sort out problems by talking, so contact us first. If that doesn't work, disputes go to the courts of [city], unless consumer law gives you the right to use the courts where you live.
